FutureTracc was designed specifically for Iowa community college employees to provide an alternative plan for their retirement planning.

FutureTracc now serves nearly 7,000 Plan Participants with approximately $550 million in assets.
This plan is not a generic formula. This partnership was created in response to specific requests from employees working in Iowa’s community colleges.
You are 100% vested immediately for both employee AND employer contributions.

Community Colleges for Iowa works closely with two highly respected financial services companies contracted to service the FutureTracc Retirement Plan. Here’s a snapshot of the roles each entity holds:

FutureTracc is one of two retirement plan options offered at all 15 of Iowa’s community colleges. Community college employees have the option to choose the plan that is right for them upon hiring. FutureTracc works closely with the community colleges to serve the best interests of its employees.
